The blog has changed! Ahh! Stephanie overheard me today as I talked to someone else about switching between PHP and Ruby. I’ve been back and forth on frameworks; started working in symfony (PHP) and have now gone back to Rails. That article was interesting.

Hey Dave –
Good to hear from you. You are obviously doing the Ruby on the side, since I know you are not getting into it where you work full time ;)
It is good to know I can ping you with questions now!

Most certainly! I’m actually learning from a book called Railsspace; I’m sure you’ve heard of it. It details the creation of a “community site” and thus far has been informative and easy to follow as well as in-depth.
BTW, for Ruby/Rails development I suggest NetBeans 6.0 Beta. It has very good Ruby/Rails support.
